Below is a guide to make a refund on the epos for full or partial orders
- Make sure the order you need to refund has been moved into the “History”
- locate your order, (if the order is from a while ago, you can type the “order ref” number from the receipts into the “Search Bar” at the top
- Select the order, and press “Refund” to provide a full refund to the customer
- If you wish to place a partial refund select “Recall” > “New Order” and then press the blue pencil to amend the order, in here you can remove items from the order. An new receipt will be printed with an update
